Useful utility to automatically check and update installed programs

SUMo is an invaluable utility designed for all Windows OS from XP through “Ten” users interested in timely updating of already installed programs. SUMo quickly scans your system and informs if any software needs updating on it.

How Does SUMo Utility Work?

After downloading and installing its lightweight utility file (less than 1 megabyte), SUMo offers to scan your computer for installed programs and produce a list of those needing updating; recommended updates are marked by yellow triangles with black exclamation points in their center while optional but available updates have yellow stars while most recent software can be distinguished with green circles that include an “Tick”.

On your computer, all programs that may or do require updating will be listed together with their manufacturer, software version on your system and any available updates.

• add newly installed programs for scanning;
• remove items requiring update; all within five minutes!

SUMo download for windows 10 will no longer inform you about available updates for programs deleted during scanning; therefore, in order to start updating a particular one manually you need to configure SUMo utility accordingly.

SUMo Settings

Within the “Settings” section of SUMo’s utility you have the power to alter its default settings into user preferences and select different boot-on options upon SUMo start up as well as checking for updates of SUMo itself when it starts up – such as updating Microsoft products or scanning registry; additionally you have options available that disable software searches immediately following updates of this utility itself.

SUMo offers two modes of operation for computer scanning: fast or slower more detailed. When setting it up, the interface language can also be selected: Hebrew, Turkish, Chinese, French Portuguese Ukrainian etc are supported alongside Russian and English as well as other European and Asian as well as Arabic languages.
