Scribus is a free program that makes creating book layouts of publishers or layouts of layouts easy, supporting many image formats (Adobe Photoshop, TIFF and JPEG among them), color adjustment tools as well as CMYK formats, vector formats such as Type 1, OpenType and TrueType font support with its standard interface.
