Useful utility for reassigning keys

MapKeyboard for Windows is an effective application designed to change or disable keyboard buttons without installing software.

MapKeyboard features

Application Features

On starting up the app, a window displaying an image of a keyboard opens; double clicking opens another window that allows users to add or alter key or function options. After saving their settings, however, they are automatically disconnected; after reconnecting later however, any overridden settings take immediate effect and modified buttons are highlighted with different hues for ease.
