FreeCAD – parametric CAD for Windows. Compatible with most popular 3D formats (SVG, IGES, OBJ, STEP, DA STL DXF IFC etc), interacts with them by visualizing booms stored there as well as vertex meshes and other three dimensional graphics elements in its user-friendly interface.

Based on parametric 3D modeling, this CAD allows for direct manipulation of shapes and meshes as well as modification to their properties by changing properties associated with individual vertex objects. FreeCAD download for pcFurthermore, C ++ and Python interpreters allow third-party plug-ins/modules/plug-ins integration while its own macro editor lets engineers draw engineering drawings based on three dimensional models.
