Easy free utility for color matching HTML
Palit is a program to match colors that is available free from our site for instantaneous download. Ideal for webmasters, artists working in graphic editors as well as printing text documents etc, the application provides useful matching functionality that helps match colours accurately.
Palit download for windows 10 comes equipped with comprehensive documentation covering its options and interface. At first, Palit may appear complex or incoherent – it just needs some tweaks here and there to become intuitive! But with time comes success; all will come into place eventually!
Follow these instructions on obtaining the color code. Located at the top of your interface is a 256-color matrix from which colors can be extracted and converted to codes. First, locate your preferred hue (if it doesn’t exist in your original palette, “playing” around with Hue, Saturation and Value sliders located directly beneath the matrix in “Operation mode”) then right click and drag that shade from row 2-8 (not 1 and most certainly not bottom!) until its hue matches up perfectly with another colour on its pallete – do this until all 8 rows!). And make sure when dragging that your left mouse button stops moving for convenience before releasing!
Lower right corner: Here, there is a small section displaying numbers representing red, green and blue colors – R=… (Red), G=…(Green) and B=…”(Blue) respectively – from which, use this section’s numbers (color names) in order to rewrite these colors (numbers) onto the second row from left (which is at the bottom of the matrix), click into each field then press ENTER in order to generate code of desired form; for instance “AFAFAF” can already be copied straight onto any editor or program!
